As individuals and as an organisation, we are responsible to all children and young people to provide an environment of safety, happiness and empowerment. As an employee of ASK Wellbeing Services you are required to adhere to participating in this measure, to all children and young people in your care to ensure their safety and wellbeing.
The culture of ASK Wellbeing Services is for all people be treated with kindness and respect which includes all adults and young people from diverse races, cultures and those with disabilities. We support and respect all children and young people, staff and volunteers where we provide a safe and happy environment for all wherever a employee/volunteer is placed. Bullying and harassment will not be tolerated.
